Matt Aylott joined ATC in March 2019 as Sales
Executive. This new role will involve advising end user customers and
technical teams within universities, scientific research institutes and
industrial manufacturing companies on the best cooling solution for their
requirements. Working in conjunction with our colleagues at Thermal
Exchange Matt will also be a customer contact for UK service and maintenance.
Graduating in 2012 in integrated science from Canterbury
Christ Church University, he has a scientific background and an understanding
of how all three disciplines work together.
Matt’s previous roles include retail management and account
management within medical sales. Most recently Matt worked as an account
manager for VWR, with responsibility for the University of Cambridge and
University of Oxford, covering all purchases including consumables, small
equipment and large capital equipment, including recirculating chillers.
Working for a supplier of laboratory equipment to the world’s best universities, he has developed an understanding of the aims and objectives of
these organisations and an appreciation of the funding and procurement process
within academia and research.
An avid gamer and motorbike enthusiast Matt has practical
hands on skills as he adeptly builds his own computers and manages the
technical maintenance of his motorbike.
Matt says of his appointment “I am thrilled to be part of

to help customers through their ordering process, I am enthused to become
involved with the manufacturing sector. It is an exciting time join
