ATC Announces RoHS EC Compliance
Products are manufactured and virtually no hazardous materials.
We are pleased to announce that as of June 15th 2006, Applied Thermal Control manufactured products are European Directive 2002/95/EC RoHS compliant.
From July 1, 2006, the European Union RoHS 2002/95/EC directive restricts the use of six materials in electronic components and assemblies. Specifically, these materials are Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg), Cadmium (Cd), Hexavalent Chromium (Cr VI), Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB) and Polybrominated Diphenyl Ethers. This compliance assures end-users and procurement agencies that ATC manufactured end products contain trace amounts of these hazardous materials below minimum trace levels allowed.
The current compliance certificate is available and can be downloaded from this website.
